Cancel Your Subscription
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to cancel your CarVerify+ plan.
You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Option 1: Cancel from your account
- Log in to your CarVerify account.
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. Your premium features remain active until the end of your billing period.
Option 2: Cancel by email
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The subject line "Cancel Subscription".
Our team will process your request within one business day and send you a confirmation.
What happens after cancellation
- Access continues — You keep full access to CarVerify+ features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges — Once cancelled, you will not be billed again.
- Reports are kept — Any reports you've already generated remain available in your account.
- Resubscribe anytime — You can restart your subscription whenever you need it. No sign-up fees.
Free trial cancellation
If you're on a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all. The same steps above apply.
If your trial has already converted to a paid subscription and you cancel within 24 hours of being charged, you may be eligible for a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
