Central Rear Passenger's seat backrest cannot be secured in the upright position. seat rear latching point covered by large rubber boot liner (6.2.6 (a) (i))

Nearside Rear Tyre has a cut in excess of the requirements deep enough to reach the ply or cords also appears to have small lump near cut unable to tell if cause by cut or is something stuck in tyre (5.2.3 (d) (i))

Central Rear seat couldn't be checked due to seat latching fault
