1x bolt loose on exhaust front pipe mount

exhaust heatshield deteriorated and partly hanging down

front tyres perishing, cuts in tread and 3mm ( minimum 1.6mm)

handbrake travel high, n/s lever not on stop

slight blow in exhaust towards rear, and rear box starting to deteriorate
