area around fuel filler neck appears washed clean, there is a slight smell of fuel around vehicle. vehicle presented with fuel tank nearly emtpy.

both front tires are running very close to radius arms on full lock, [both ways].

offside rear + nearside rear + nearside front seat belt webbings are in poor condition, both rear seat belt stalks are in poor condition
