Brakes imbalanced requirements only just met. It would appear that the braking system requires adjustment or repair. During dynamic tests, The nearside front brake lagged by up to 30%. This only just meets requirements. I recommend the brakes are inspected with a view to repair. (1.2.1 (b) (i))
