Rear Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge both rear tyres worn down the middle, this is caused by overinflation. they are cracking from age. recommend replacing these asap (5.2.3 (e))

Rear Service brake excessively binding MAKE THE HANDBRAKE ADJUSTMENT LOOSE, TAKE OFF CALIPERS AND DISCS, CLEAN ALL RUST, LUBRICATE ADJUSTERS, PUT BACK TOGETHER AND ONCE FINISHED THEN ADJUST HANDBRAKE BACK UP. (1.2.1 (f))
