Direction indicator not working left indicators failed to work from switch operation. did eventually work, but left indicator switch appears to be faulty, and does not work every time (4.4.1 (a) (ii))

Headlamp aim projected beam image obviously incorrect headlight bulb not fitted correctly, makes beam pattern incorrect and too low (4.1.2 (c))

Headlamp not working on main beam (4.1.1 (a) (ii))

Offside Front Shock absorber has a serious fluid leak leaking fork oil seal (5.3.2 (b))

engine oil level appears low, advise to check and top up

front tyre worn uneven, but legal on tread depth

gear lever pivot/s / knuckles worn and loose
