Exhaust system is too close to heatshielding under the vehicle, and also contacting rear valance. Realignment advised, paying attention to air-gaps in hot areas.

The engine's fuel management system is so far out of adjustment that raw fuel is burning in the exhaust pipe, causing the cat to set fire to the heat-shielding under the vehicle. Advise vehicle is not driven until fuelling issues resolved.
