Front Front brake performance low

Front brake lever damaged in area of cable abutment. Not in immediate danger of becoming detached.

Full size rear number plate stuck on top of illegal one.

Handlebars show flexing at top mounting, accompanied by creaking noise. Unable to inspect further as covered with tape. Advise removing and checking ASAP

Nearside Front Direction indicator with a multiple light source up to 1/2 not functioning Indicators are improvised from LED strips. 50% of nearside ones not working. Lamps are not 'E' approved. (4.4.1 (a) (i))

No mudguard fitted at front, rear mudguard ineffective

Rear Shock absorber slightly loose Both rear shocks are 'fork' type fittings at bottom but have been installed 'overhung' Top mountings move laterally on bushes. One lower bolt not fully through nyloc nut. Benefit of doubt given over use of locking compound. (5.3.2 (a) (i))

Riders seat slightly loose Seat base is broken and has been repaired with denim and cable ties. Please repair it properly. (6.2.5 (a) (ii))

Stand legs damaged and do not park vehicle safely. In danger of falling on someone.

Front Shock absorber has negligible damping effect Wheel pivots under braking (5.3.2 (b))

Rear reflector missing (4.8.2 (a) (ii))

Registration plate does not conform to the specified requirements Too small (0.1 (d))

Front Tyre tread depth is below minimum requirements of 1.0mm Perished and cracked on walls (5.2.3 (e)) DANGEROUS

Hand brake lever broken where cable attaches but brakes not affected at this time
