Driver's view to the front outside the swept area of the windscreen wipers restricted by an obstruction Sun visor/sun strip fitted to the top of the windscreen, it is slightly in the swept area, but does not effect my view of the road. Benefit of doubt given to customer (3.1 (a) (i))
