Exhaust noise is clearly in excess of that emitted by a similar motorcycle fitted with a standard silencer in average condition no baffles in silencer - significantly louder than standard (8.1.1 (a))

Headlamp aim too low too low and shaded due to headlamp lense cover even on maximum up adjustment (4.1.2 (a))

Headlamp lens seriously defective additional lense cover is marked FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY and affects beam pattern (4.1.1 (b) (ii))

Horn sound not in accordance with requirements 2 horns with different tones operating at different times - not 1 constant tone as required (7.7 (c))

Brake pedal not releasing correctly stiff and doesnt fully return to up position (1.1.2 (b) (i))
