Front Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened discs have heavy lip (1.1.14 (a) (ii))

Tyre slightly damaged/cracking or perishing both rear tyres perished (215/70r15 109/107s ) (5.2.3 (d) (ii))

all rubber valves on van are all perished ( advise change)

rear leaf spring bushes heavily perished but no movement

small chip in window not affecting view or structure

under tray low but not going to come off

wiring under bonnet rubbing on coolant hose

Offside Front Power steering component(s) has slight seepage from a component rack (2.3.3b)

Nearside Front Headlamp insecure At bottom attatchment (1.7.3)

Nearside Rear Axle has inadequate clearance with the bump stop (2.4.A.1a)

Offside Rear Axle has inadequate clearance with the bump stop (2.4.A.1a)
