surface corrorsion to vehicle under body , slight play in n/s/f wheel bearing , both rear tyres perrished/cracked n/s/r worn low , both front tyres worn close to legal limit

Brakes imbalanced across an axle (3.7.B.5b)

Service brake: service brake efficiency only just met. It would appear that the braking system requires adjustment or repair. (3.7.B.7)
