Offside Front Inner Brake pad(s) wearing thin 2mm of brake lining remaining, I would strongly advise replacement . (1.1.13 (a) (ii))

Offside Front Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge 2mm tread measurement across the whole tread(0.4mm above the minimum legal limit) i would strongly advise replacement, tire is also cracked and perished (5.2.3 (e))

Offside Rear Tyre slightly damaged/cracking or perishing cracked on outer sidewall (5.2.3 (d) (ii))

Rear Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened both sides severely corroded with only 50% of the braking area being used, generally poor condition. (1.1.14 (a) (ii))

Rear Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened both rear disc are corroded and worn but pads are 5mmand disc will need replacing on next pad change (1.1.14 (a) (ii))
