Both sides front lower suspension arm bushes deteriorating & have movement (Just meet pass criteria)

Both sides front tyres worn on inner edges

Both sides rear coil springs corroded

Chip to windscreen

Exhaust corroded

Nearside front coil spring corroding

Nearside rear seat belt buckle casing damaged (Function ok)

Rear differential leak (Not excessive)

Wiper starting to smear
