Nearside Rear Tyre has a bulge, caused by separation or partial failure of its structure bulge and cords exposed in same area (outer sidewall) (5.2.3 (d) (ii)) DANGEROUS

Offside Front Outer Tyre has a bulge, caused by separation or partial failure of its structure (5.2.3 (d) (ii)) DANGEROUS
