2012 Yamaha XC 125 E Vity

Front brake hose, lower rubber sleeve not secured in bracket fully, ok at the moment but risk of damage to brake hose from chaffing.

Rear Upper Shock absorber has a slightly worn bush (5.3.2 (c))

Rear reflector obviously incorrectly positioned Additional Reflector attached to number plate located to OS not central and original reflector attached to vehicle obstructed by L plate. (4.8.2 (a) (i))

Suspension corroded but not seriously weakened Base of headstock at attachment to Front shock absorbers corroded. (5.3.3 (b) (i))

Fork yoke slightly corroded Lower Front fork yoke assembly corroded at joint to top of Front forks, unable to fully inspect due to their location but recommend strip down and further check of how bad corrosion is. (2.2.2 (d) (i))

Front tyre sidewalls very perished.

Headlamp reflector slightly defective Headlamp reflector deteriorated but not effecting headlamp aim or output. (4.1.1 (b) (i))

Front Brake fluid below minimum mark (1.1.10 (d) (i))

Motorcycle structure is corroded but structural rigidity is not significantly reduced General corrosion to visible parts of frame but unable to fully inspect due to plastic trims/covers. (6.1.1 (c) (i))

Rear Brake indicates slight fluctuation of brake effort (1.2.1 (e))

Rear Tyre worn close to the legal limit Tyre also heavily perished but no cords or canvas exposed at time of test. (5.2.3 (e))

Suspension corroded but not seriously weakened Top of Front forks under front wheel arch area heavily corroded but doesn't appear to be seriously weakened. (5.3.3 (b) (i))

Front brake hose has 1x securing bracket missing under front wheel arch area but hose ok/not chaffing.

Rear Tyre perished & has some deep cuts but no canvas exposed at time of test.
